Bayside Hobo Bag

The Bayside is the perfect slouchy, crossbody hobo bag.  Though the Bayside is not as large as some slouchy bags, it will hold all the essential items you need for an all day outing.  The Bayside can hold your mobile phone, keys, lipstick and a small wallet and still not feel overcrowded.

The Bayside has a deep exterior slip pocket on the back for items you want to have at hand like your mobile phone or keys, and the front, features a full all metal zipper pocket to securely hold your wallet or other important items.  The Bayside has a recessed zipper opening and the interior features a two slip pockets and a zippered pocket that is perfect for those smaller items like lipstick, gum, or Chapstick. 

The Bayside exterior comes in a variety of colors and materials, Paraffin Wax Canvas, Hybrid Waxed Canvas, Bees Waxed Twill and Bees Waxed Canvas.  The Paraffin Waxed Canvas from Sailrite makes this design lighter and more slouch than the Bees Waxed Canvas I usually use from Al Frances Textiles.  The Bees Waxed will just be a little less slouchy but not less beautiful. 

I use Oil Tan leather to protect the base, leather accents at the strap connectors.  The Bayside comes with a 55" adjustable leather crossbody strap with all metal "D" rings to connect the straps to the bag.  The "D" rings will allow you to easily change the straps if desired.

The 'Hybrid' Waxed Canvas uses an emulsified wax finish that provides equal weather protection and performance to the Classic Wax but with a dry hand feel. Unlike the ‘Classic Wax’ finishes that have the waxy/oily hand feel and craze/pull-up effect, the Hybrid articles feel dry to the touch and do not have craze/pull-up effects when handling.
