Shipping & Returns
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. In stock items will ship within a few days of receiving the order. The Made to Order Items shipping varies but will typically ship in 3-6 weeks.
Please realize that most items are made to order. If you are curious about the approximate shipping time for a particular order, please reach out via my website contact us linked at the footer.
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
I stand by my products, craftmanship, and materials and are happy to repair my products. If the issue is a defect in craftmanship or hardware we will perform the required repair for free up to one year after purchase.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
No exchanges or refunds exist on customized, personalized, second sales, flash sales, discounted items, or gift cards/e-gift cards/gift certificates. Due to the handmade nature of our product, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products that have been used or are unsaleable.
If a product is not in perfect unused condition, it will not be accepted for return and will be shipped back to the customer at their cost.
- Items purchased from late November through December as holiday gifts have an extended exchange timeframe, and all exchanges must be completed by January 15th. Items for holiday exchange must be unused, and personalized items are not exchangeable, with no exceptions.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
