Collection: Harris Tweed® Collection
My Harris Tweed® collection is built from my current designs with the addition of these beautiful and exquisitely crafted Harris Tweed® patterns. My hope is to bring out the natural beauty of the materials of waxed canvas, leather and the Harris Tweed® and evoke a timeless and classic feel in each of these products. Having registered with the Harris Tweed® Authority, I am able to source my Harris Tweed® directly from two mills in Scotland, Kenneth Mackenzie Ltd & Harris Tweed Hebrides.

Harris Tweed® was originally woven by farmers for familial use, as it was ideal for protection against the coastal climates of Norther Scotland. The quality became so well regarded that surplus was often used for barter, eventually becoming a form of currency for the islanders.
Kenneth Mackenzie Ltd is one of the oldest Harris Tweed® mills still in operation in the UK today. The mill was opened in 1906 and is currently the only Harris Tweed® mill to be independently owned and operated entirely in The Western Isles. The Mill in the heart of Stornoway uses the highest quality materials and exclusive yarn is carded and spun to closely controlled parameters.
Harris Tweed Hebrides, manufactures each meter of handwoven fabric in accordance with The Harris Tweed Act, maintaining the integrity and distinctive character of the fabric which is recognized globally as Harris Tweed®.
